Orlua’s high-end custom furniture manufacturing facility is located in Dongguan, approximately one hour from our design office. The campus spans over 35,000 square meters and is supported by a team of more than 260 skilled professionals.

The production center operates two independent manufacturing lines.
Our domestic line collaborates with leading Chinese brands on OEM production and co-development, while the export line serves international partners and delivers bespoke furniture solutions for luxury hospitality and private residential projects worldwide.
The factory is certified by FSC and SEDEX (including SEDEX 2-Pillar), and holds a portfolio of independently developed design patents.

WoodShop
Advanced CNC Nesting centre for Wood Material Production.
All material cutting is based on approved shop drawings.
Cutting Workshop
Precisely cutting by experienced professionals, preparing raw material from client approved selections.
Foam Production Shop
We selected different density foams to match to provide unique seating experience. Balanced seating comfort will be provided with years of experience. Different colours of foams will construct shape and soft touch in one piece.
All material used is fire resistance approved for commercial use.
Down Filling Shop
Naturally sourced goose down, purified and sanitized.
Leather Stock Room
Thousands of leather selections from all over the world, Europe, Australia, Asia, were storage in a temperature, moisture controlled stock room. We treat leather products with extra care.
We provide wide selections of leather, from PU artificial product to the top quality genuine leather.
Upholstery Shop
All Product will be assembled in a clean environment by experienced professionals. Final adjustments will be done in this step and waiting for final quality control before packaging.
Fabric Shop
Similar with leather stock room, we can match almost all fabric samples. Depends on availability, we can direct order from the original manufacturer, or custom produce similar fabric with low volume for discontinued product, if hotel projects involved partial refurbish process.
Fabric Durability Test Lab
Built in Auto lab will test upholstery fabric durability and abrasion resistance, for the support of commercial projects.
Foam Durability Test Lab
Provide durability data support for custom projects, to help client select firm level of seating products.
